The 16,800 square foot, shadow-anchored retail strip center, located in the highly desirable Midlothian submarket, was 86% leased at the time of sale. The property is anchored by e-commerce tenant, Gopuff, along with a diverse, in-place tenant roster and is strategically situated at the intersection of two of the MSA’s most heavily trafficked roadways, Hull Street Road and Route 288. The area is rich with retail properties of over 600,000 square feet including Target, Kohl’s, Regal Cinemas, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and The Fresh Market. 

Rehan Zaheer acquired the asset on April 20, 2022, for $3,600,000.  Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, along with James Ashby IV and Annie O’Connor, also with Thalhimer.
