DANVILLE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented the seller, The Daniel Group, in the sale of Chatham Centre, a prominent medical and retail center anchored by Davita Dialysis in Chatham, Virginia within the Danville, Virginia MSA.

Chatham Centre is 100% leased to thirteen (13) tenants including the anchor tenant, Davita Dialysis (NYSE: DVA), with additional medical users including a regional physical/occupational therapy practice, and a full-service family medicine practice. The remaining tenants include a mix of food and beverage users, service retailers and insurance firms, as well as a San Marcos Mexican Restaurant outparcel. 

Prudent Growth Partners, LLC acquired the asset on March 31, 2022, for $2,650,000 as an investment. The sale was completed by Bo McKown of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group along with David Smith, CCIM also in Thalhimer’s Richmond Office.
