The property is occupied by a variety of medical and retail businesses and is located along the heavily trafficked U.S. Route 29 in Danville.

A private investor acquired the asset on February 29, 2024, for $2,000,000. The sale was completed by Clay Taylor, CCIM and Bo McKown of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group.
