RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented Manakin Holdings, LLC in the sale of two single tenant net leased industrial assets in Oaklake Business Park located at 12727 and 12729 Spectrim Lane in Chesterfield County, VA.  Milmar Holdings, LLC acquired the portfolio on January 5, 2017 for $3,500,000. 
Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler.  Matt Braun assisted in the sale transaction and in lease negotiations with the current tenants.
