Capital Markets Group Completes $61M Sale of Crossways Commerce Center

CHESAPEAKE, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented the seller, Washington, D.C.-based DSC Partners, in the sale of Crossways Commerce Center I & II, a three-building, 525,082 square foot industrial/flex portfolio, situated in a 30-acre business park, located at 1545 Crossways Boulevard, 1449 Kristina Way and 1501 Crossways Boulevard in Chesapeake, Virginia. Crossways Commerce Center I & II is 100% leased to a diverse mix of tenants, including General Dynamics and Fiserv (fka First Data Resources), along with Sentara Healthcare, Safelite Fulfillment, Inc., Mid-Atlantic Engineering, and Regus.

Heritage Capital out of New Jersey acquired the asset on May 27, 2021, for $61,050,000 ($116/SF). The sale was completed by Eric Robison of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, as well as Eric Berkman in Cushman & Wakefield’s Washington, D.C. office. Bo McKown and Geoff Poston, also with Thalhimer, assisted in the sale.
