STAUNTON, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the seller, LSK Properties, LLC, in the marketing and sale of a six-property multifamily portfolio consisting of 88 apartment units in Staunton, Virginia. 

The portfolio was sold with assumable long-term fixed rate debt in place, and the properties are all located in the city of Staunton at: 1020 Rockway Street, 2407 Bare Street, 2501 Hickory Street, 325 Campbell Street, 710 Charles Street, and 640 Alleghany Avenue.

Staunton Portfolio, LLC purchased the portfolio from LSK Properties II, LLC on September 15, 2021 for $6.3 million. Clay Taylor, CCIM, John Pritzlaff, and Jenny Stoner of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the Seller during negotiations.
