HAMPTON, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented Kodiak Properties (“the Seller”) and Battlefield Consolidated Properties, LLC (“the Purchaser”) in the sale of Coliseum Corner, an infill neighborhood center strategically located just off the highly traveled Mercury Boulevard corridor, adjacent to Peninsula Town Center in Hampton, Virginia. 

The 48,339 square foot asset is 100% leased to a variety of local and regional service-oriented users with below-market rents. The asset was acquired on July 14, 2022 for $6,525,000 ($135/SF). Catharine Spangler in Thalhimer’s Richmond office handled disposition efforts on behalf of the Seller. Clark Simpson and Erik Conradi out of Thalhimer’s Virginia Beach office represented the Purchaser. Thalhimer was awarded leasing at the time of the sale and will retain management.
