FOREST, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic Multifamily Advisory Group represented the seller, Jefferson Ridge Langley, LLC, in the marketing and sale of the Jefferson Ridge Apartments, a 68-unit apartment community built in 1995 and located at 143 Jefferson Ridge Road in Forest, Virginia. 
Colorado Limited Partnership purchased the apartments from Jefferson Ridge Langley, LLC on August 26, 2021 for $6,600,000. The sale was completed by Clay Taylor, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group out of Roanoke, Virginia in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic Advisory team of Jorge Rosa and Anthony “TJ” Liberto.
