Capital Markets Group Completes $8.3M Sale of 4800 Cox Road – Innsbrook Corporate Center

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented BH Properties in the sale of 4800 Cox Road in Richmond, Virginia.  The 62,941-square foot class A multi-tenant office building is located within Richmond’s largest suburban office park, Innsbrook Corporate Center, and was 98% leased at the time of sale. Major tenants in the building include The Winebow Group, Covington Travel Services, and Free Agents Marketing.
Formerly the headquarters for Owens & Minor when built in 1989, the building underwent major renovations and upgrades when purchased in 2006 by the seller. The property benefits from outstanding lakefront views, locker rooms and showers, and has direct access to a 1.5-mile jogging and bike trail that surrounds the lake. Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been the exclusive leasing representative for the property and was responsible for bringing the once-vacant building to 98% occupancy.
Real Estate Value Advisors purchased the property for $8,300,000. The sale was completed by Eric Robison, with support from Mark E. Douglas, CCIM, SIOR, and Mac Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s office leasing team.
