Strategically located near Powhite and Chippenham Parkways, as well as Midlothian Turnpike, the office buildings are within the well-known Boulders Office Park.
Boulders I, located at 1001 Boulders Parkway, is 78,995 square feet; Boulders II, 7400 Beaufont Springs Drive, is 76,981 square feet; Boulders III, 1100 Boulders Parkway, is 132,440 square feet. The class A office portfolio was 76% leased at the time of sale. The portfolio includes 34 tenants.  Major corporations that occupy space in the buildings include Timmons Company and Tredegar Corporation.
Dominion Realty Partners purchased the property; the sale was completed by Eric Robison of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
