RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced that its Capital Markets Group represented Roper Investments LLC in the sale of Gresham Lake Distribution Center, a 235,404 square foot industrial building located at 3401 Gresham Lake Road in Raleigh, North Carolina.
   Meridian Development Group purchased the 56% leased property for $9,000,000 as an investment.
   Chris Norvell, SIOR and Scot Humphrey of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group handled the negotiations on behalf of the seller.  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer was also awarded the exclusive leasing assignment for the marketing of this property and will be lead by Jackson Rives.
