Broad Street and Staples Mill Road in Richmond, VA. The tenant had approximately five years of remaining lease term at the time of the sale. 

Catharine Spangler and Calvin Griffith handled sale negotiations on behalf of the Seller. The Property was acquired on October 26, 2018 for $2,500,000 as an investment.  Jim Ashby handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the Purchaser.
