Capital Markets Team Completes Sale of Villa Park I in Henrico County

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group has represented the seller in the sale of Villa Park I, located at 8040 Villa Park Drive in the Staples Mill/Parham submarket of Henrico County, Virginia. The 74,862 square foot single-story office service building is 100% leased to four tenants.

LabCorp (NYSE: LH; S&P: BBB) is the property’s largest tenant, occupying 42% of the property, and has been in the building since it was built in 1991. Technology Integration Group (TIG) occupies 29% of the building. TIG is an over thirty-year-old company, with 20 offices in the U.S. and abroad; they are responsible for computer maintenance for the Henrico County School System,

8040 Villa Park, LLC, an investment group out of Washington, D.C. purchased the property for $8,144,000 ($109 psf).  The sale was completed by Eric Robison, and Mark E. Douglas, CCIM, SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
