C&F Finance Company Acquires Land for New Headquarters Location

RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of approximately 9.86 acres of land located at 5491 International Trade Drive in Henrico County, Virginia for the development of a fully-occupied office headquarters location for C&F Finance Company. 
C&F Finance Company purchased the land from DMG Properties, LLLP for $400,000. C&F Finance Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of C&F Bank, is a leader in indirect lending, providing automobile, marine and RV loans throughout the United States. 
Plans are to construct a 25,000 square foot office building, which will house about 100 employees.  Construction is scheduled to begin second quarter 2020, with completion planned for first quarter 2021. C & F Finance Company has retained Thalhimer Realty Partners, Inc. (TRP), the investment and development subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, as the developer, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as project manager, Kimley Horn as civil engineer, LynchMykins as structural engineer, Price Simpson Harvey as architect, and Dunlap Partners to design the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
