Bayport 2, LLC purchased the 56,400 square foot, three-story Class A office building, situated on 3.3 acres, from Municipal Partners, LLC for $7,300,000. BayPort Credit Union is the lead occupier, and the entire first floor is available for lease.
Teresa Nettles of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller and is also handling the leasing of remaining available space. Thalhimer is also handling commercial property management for the office building.
