SPOTSYLVANIA COUNTY, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 5444 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in the Southpoint I development in Spotsylvania County, Virginia.
     TD&G Properties LLC purchased the approx. 8,000 sq.ft. office building from The Estate of Harvey L. Pettit for $1,200,000.  The building will be occupied by Cortek Inc., a local defense contractor, who will be relocating from their office on Ballantraye Drive.
