Crown Ridge at Fair Oaks is an eight-story, 194,699-square-foot Class A office building located in the heart of the Fairfax Center, offering a convenient setting near the intersection of Route 50 and I-66 with outstanding accessibility to nearby services and amenities and to the broader Northern Virginia region. The building recently completed a $1.1 million upgrade to include a modernized building lobby and common tenant-only amenity area which includes fully equipped conferencing facilities, private meeting rooms, and tenant lounge areas with flatscreen TVs, gas fireplace, shuffleboard table, and modern kitchen area. WTHHWD, LLC acquired the asset on December 19, 2023, from Crown Ridge HQ7, LLC, for $9,500,000. Jamie A.
