CHARLOTTE,  NORTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce Brian Brtalik and Dan Woodley are representing Movement Mortgage, LLC in relocating its national headquarters to Lancaster County, South Carolina.
Movement Mortgage, LLC is one of the fastest growing mortgage lenders in the country with over 1600 employees nationwide. Currently headquartered in Virginia Beach, VA, the company will consolidate several offices and invest $22 million to build its national headquarters in Bailes Ridge Business Park on S.C. Highway 160. The company plans to construct 100,000 square feet of built-to-suit office space on approximately 24 acres and was ultimately attracted by tax incentives and a lack of existing product that fit the company’s corporate culture. The company plans to start moving employees into the new facility the first quarter of 2016.
