View 777 Salem, LLC purchased the apartments from Caroline Forest, LLC on May 29, 2025 for $8,910,000, corresponding with a sales price per unit of $123,750.

The sale was completed by Clay Taylor, CCIM of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group out of Roanoke, Virginia in conjunction with Cushman & Wakefield’s Mid-Atlantic Advisory team of Jorge Rosa and Anthony “TJ” Liberto.
