Dominion GA, LLC purchased the land from Doswell Properties for $2,925,000 for the development of a new 12,800 square foot retail center to be named Dominion Shoppes at Innsbrook. The center is 100% pre-leased to tenants Noodles & Company, Starbucks, Blaze Pizza, and American Family Care.  Construction has commenced and the opening of the retail shops is scheduled for third quarter 2017.
