FREDERICKSBURG, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of 308 Wolfe Street in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
   Patent Portfolio Builders, PLLC purchased the approx. 6,002 sq.ft. office building from Mike Degen for $1,166,000 and will occupy the premises.
