RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces that First Watch, the fastest-growing daytime only restaurant operator in the U.S., has completed a 6,300 square foot lease to occupy the former Bertucci’s space at The Shoppes at Westgate, 11721 West Broad Street, in Henrico County, Virginia.
This will be First Watch’s second location in the Richmond area; the first location is in Midlothian on West Huguenot Road. The restaurant plans to open by the spring of 2019.
