FREDERICKSBURG, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has represented the seller in the sale of two retail strip centers in Foreston Village totaling 19,100 square foot and located at 2608 & 2612 Jefferson Davis Hwy. in Stafford County, Virginia.  The property was purchased by Falls Church Investments, LLC and was 80% leased at the time of disposition. The purchase price was $3,040,000.
