   Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer represented the landlord in the lease of the 89,445 sq.ft. property to VT Milcom, Inc.   The 14-acre property was subsequently purchased by 2505 International, LLC from MG Mini Gears Properties, LLC for $4,500,000 as an investment.
