RICHMOND, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of the former Mazda Distribution facility located at 5700 Audubon Drive near Richmond International Airport in Henrico County, Virginia.
     Audubon Drive Properties, LLC purchased the approx. 317,000 sq.ft. industrial property situated on 16 acres from 5700 Audubon 2007, LLC for $9,000,000; Dominion Packaging will utilize the building as expansion of their business.
