ROANOKE, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 401 3rd Street along with two parking lots on Church Avenue in Downtown Roanoke, Virginia.

First Baptist Church of Roanoke purchased the 20,000 square foot television station property for $1,200,000. Graham Media Group of Virginia sold the station to complete their pending relocation to 821 5th Street, NE. They will continue to occupy the premises for another 5 months.
