LYNCHBURG, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of the former Waytec Building at 1104 McConville Road in Lynchburg, Virginia.
Blue Ridge Contractors, LLC purchased the 60,000 square foot industrial building situated on approximately 10 acres from Carter Bank and Trust for $1,000,000 as an investment. They plan to renovate the building and then lease the entire building or subdivide for a combination of users.
