RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, June 1, 2023 – Thalhimer Multifamily is pleased to announce that Gabrielle “Gabby” Gullins has been promoted to Portfolio Manager. Ms. Gullins will oversee the Richmond-area Thalhimer Realty Partners (TRP) Manchester City View group, and The Park at Forest Hill, Forest Square, and Hill Standard.

Ms. Gullins joined Thalhimer in January 2020 as the leasing manager for The Overlook at City View and has been instrumental in Thalhimer’s success in Manchester, leading a record-breaking six-month lease-up of the apartment community during the global pandemic. Ms. Gullins is also a Mentor in Thalhimer Multifamily’s Mentorship Program. She is active in the Virginia Apartment Management Association (VAMA) NextGen program and she received the Certified Apartment Manager professional designation this past year.
