HAMPTON, VIRGINIA: Green Clean Auto Wash and Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer are pleased to announce the sale of approximately 0.77 acres of retail land located at 1045 W. Mercury Blvd. in Hampton, Virginia. 
Green Clean Holdings purchased the acreage from USA Asset Two, Inc. for $1,200,000 and plans to develop their 8th of 14 Hampton Roads sites currently under development for Green Clean Express Auto Washes. Green Clean was recently acquired by Express Wash Concepts and plans to open 20+ locations throughout Virginia, including Hampton Roads, Richmond, and Charlottesville by the second quarter of 2022.
