GREENVILLE, SOUTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 12 Interchange Blvd. in Greenville, South Carolina.
   The Sunshine House, Inc. purchased the 10,000 sq.ft. office property situated on 1.50 acres from Trendset-12 Interchange Holding, LLC for $750,000 for use as their corporate headquarters.
