NEWPORT NEWS, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of Hampton Inn & Suites, 12251 Jefferson Avenue, in Newport News, Virginia. 
Shamin Hotels purchased the 120-room hotel, situated on approximately 2.65 acres, from Yoder Inn Group, L.P. for $9,000,000 as an investment. The property consists of 90 rooms and 30 two-room suites originally constructed in 1995. Shamin plans on renovating the property.
