CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 115 acres in northwest Charlotte, North Carolina.  Carolina Commercial Properties, LLC purchased the land for $9,000,000.
    The mixed-use land, known as Mountain Island Promenade, is strategically located at the intersection of I-485 and Hwy 16.  The project is currently entitled for both commercial and residential development.
