RICHMOND, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer completed a 55,491 square foot lease with ICMA-RC in August of last year for office space on the sixth and seventh floors in Riverfront Plaza East at 951 E. Byrd Street in the City of Richmond, the second location for the Washington-based financial services firm. ICMA-RC opened their new office in Richmond just last week, employing more than 100 associates, with plans for 250 associates by the end of 2019.
