   OSI Properties, LLC purchased the approx. 54,000 square foot property situated on 6 acres for their new centralized Charlotte headquarters location.  The facility will provide an expanded office, showroom and warehouse facility for Office Solutions and Office Surplus to serve clients nationwide with new, remanufactured, and used office furniture.
