NORFOLK, VIRGINIA, March 25, 2025 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 2501 Almeda Avenue in Norfolk, Virginia.
Schenley Investments, LLC purchased the 23,700 square foot industrial/manufacturing building, situated on 2.06 acres, from Fraim Family II, LLC for $2,250,000 as an investment.
