FREDERICKSBURG, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 400 Lansdowne Road in the City of Fredericksburg, Virginia.
     Fahim Mohammed purchased the approx. 85,000 sq.ft. distribution and manufacturing property situated on 6.6 acres from 400 Lansdowne Road, LLC for $3,375,000 and will utilize the property for an automotive recycling facility operated by Lucky Line Motors.
