Highway Electric, Inc. purchased the 18,076 square foot industrial warehouse building from Circle M Contracting for $1,495,000 to expand their business operations. Brett Sain and Dawn F. Griggs, SIOR of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
