COVINGTON, VA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of industrial property located in Jamison Commerce Center, 308 W. Thacker Rd. in Covington, Virginia. 
     Kemper Properties, Inc. currently owns another adjacent building and they have now purchased the two connecting buildings which contain a total of 122,000 square feet (situated on 8.53 acres) from Dominion Properties, LLC for $2,600,000.  Kemper Properties had been leasing the two buildings and will continue their storage and distribution of paper products for MeadWestvaco.
