CHARLESTON, SOUTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of Kimbrell’s Shopping Center located at 208 St. James Avenue, approximately 20 minutes from Downtown Charleston in Goose Creek, South Carolina. 
   SIG Goose Creek LLC purchased the 83,100 sq.ft. center from Dalia Investments Inc. / Kimbrells GC Holdings, LLC for $4,400,000 as an investment. Redevelopment of the former K-Mart is now under way.
