KING GEORGE COUNTY, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 16361 Gateway Lane in King George, Virginia. 
Gateway Holdings, LLC purchased the 4,587 square foot building from Gateway Hospitality, LLC for $1,715,000. The building, located in the King George Gateway Wal Mart anchored retail center, was constructed in 2018 for IHOP and was sold as a net-leased investment.
