RICHMOND, VIRGINIA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of the land assemblage for the development of West Broad Marketplace has been completed.  West Broad Marketplace, located along West Broad Street near Route 288 in the Short Pump area, is a 440,000 +/- SF mixed use project which features Cabela’s and Wegmans as anchor tenants.  Featuring an eclectic mix of retail shops, restaurants, office and medical space and lifestyle amenities, the project is scheduled to open in the spring of 2016.  Excel West Broad Marketplace purchased the 9-parcel, 61+ acre assemblage for approximately $20 million.
