RICHMOND, VIRGINIA, May 1, 2023 – Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 10.24 acres at 11801 Jefferson Davis Highway in Chesterfield County, Virginia.

JRA Real Estate, Inc. purchased the acreage from Moore’s Lake Apts Phase IV LLC for $1,200,000 and plans to develop a national indoor shooting range.
