RALEIGH, NC:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announces the sale of land situated at the SW corner of S. Blount Street and E. Martin Street in Raleigh, North Carolina.
     NGI Investments, LLC purchased the approx. 0.67 acre parcel from Edison Land, LLC for $4,124,000 for development of Raleigh’s first luxury high-rise apartment project to be called SkyHouse Raleigh.
