RALEIGH, NORTH CAROLINA:  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 21.26 acres of land within the master-planned Waterstone development located on Waterstone Drive in Hillsborough, North Carolina.
   Certus Partners, LLC purchased the land from SLF II – NC Waterstone, LLC for $2,000,000 for multifamily development.
