CHESTERFIELD COUNTY: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 24.84 acres of land located along Boulders Parkway in Chesterfield County, Virginia. 
The buyer was Dominion Realty Partners, LLC. Michael Campbell, President of DRP, managed the acquisition, zoning and site plan approval for the proposed 248-luxury apartment community to be named Boulders Lakeside Apartments. 
The seller, Union Boulders Land, LLC sold the land for $3,500,000.
