VIRGINIA BEACH, VIRGINIA: Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of 641 Lynnhaven Parkway in Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Club Forest Guardian, LLC purchased the 20,733 square foot, two-story building situated on approximately 1.77 acres from Union Bank & Trust for $2,450,000 as an investment. Union Bank & Trust signed a long-term lease for its current branch location on the 1st floor of the building as part of the terms of the sale.
