Trolley Lofts consists of 47 units, and is located in the Historic Manchester District. The property includes a mix of one and two bedroom units ranging from 500 square feet to 1,099 square feet. The apartments feature vast skylights, granite countertops and bamboo floors. Birck Turnbull, Senior Vice President with Thalhimer handled the recent investment sale of Trolley Lofts, on behalf of the buyer, for $5,450,000.
