Located just off Hwy 80 at GSP International Airport, the new development will feature a 330,000 square foot industrial building that will have 32’ clear height trailer parking and ESFR sprinkler in addition to other modern amenities. Carolina Commerce Center can also accommodate users from 30,000 to 130,000 square feet on two additional sites. The location was specifically chosen due to proximity to BMW, the inland port, I-85 and the convenience to both Greenville and Spartanburg.
