RICHMOND, VA;  Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce that the firm’s ten Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina offices completed 172 lease transactions totaling over 1,481,480 square feet and a transactional value of over $65,404,500 during the month of June. In addition, Thalhimer executed 43 sale transactions in the month of June totaling over $95,865,000 in sales volume.
    In the first half of 2014, over 14.6 million square feet of sale and lease transactions have been completed in over $456 million in sales volume and over $324 million in leasing volume. Overall, year-to-date volume exceeds $780 million.
