Gum Street in Summerville, South Carolina.  SSG Summerville II, LLC purchased the approx. 38,683 sq.ft. property situated on 2.58 acres from Mini Warehouses of Summerville, LLC for $1,300,000 as an addition to their self storage portfolio in the greater Charleston MSA. The facility will be rebranded as Global Self Storage and is part of the Global Income Fund family of companies.
